The Role
As the B2B Sales Lead, you will drive exosome sales into skincare, supplement, and wellness brands. You’ll identify commercial partners, lead product integration conversations, and manage the full sales cycle—from introduction to contract renewal. You’ll help translate our clinical-grade exosome platform into brand-ready commercial offerings, while shaping future D2C positioning through market feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts for exosome-based products
Build and manage partnerships with skincare, beauty, supplement, and wellness brands
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
Collaborate with production and QA to align delivery timelines with customer needs
Provide input into packaging, regulatory support, and formulation discussions
Track partner feedback to inform product development and pricing strategy
Represent KELI at industry events, trade shows, and commercial summits
Prepare the foundation for future direct-to-consumer strategy based on market trends
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years in B2B sales within wellness, supplements, skincare, or beauty
Strong track record in closing and scaling product supply deals
Understanding of ingredient sourcing, white label, or private label workflows
Excellent client communication, follow-up, and presentation skills
Confidence in high-touch sales environments and founder-level conversations
Familiarity with regulatory and quality requirements for consumer biologics is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to move fast and build repeatable systems
