The Role
As Clinical Sales Lead, you will drive the adoption of KELI’s cell therapy products within hospitals and clinics. You’ll own relationships with surgeons, procurement teams, and care centers, managing everything from first contact to case coordination.
You’ll play a key role in introducing chondrocytes, preparing the field for allogeneic scale-up, and supporting MSC therapy adoption globally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage hospital sales across autologous and allogeneic chondrocyte therapies
Lead engagement with orthopedic surgeons, hospital buyers, and procurement units
Coordinate closely with clinical teams for patient scheduling and delivery
Support onboarding and training of hospital staff for therapy implementation
Drive market development for MSC therapies in surgical and inpatient settings
Collaborate with regulatory, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure delivery
Represent KELI at congresses, workshops, and key clinical events
Provide field insights to shape product positioning and support material development
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in clinical sales, medical devices, biologics, or surgical products
Strong understanding of hospital systems, orthopedic procedures, or regenerative therapies
Experience working with surgeons and care teams is essential
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
Ability to travel across local and regional sites (Lithuania, EU, Gulf countries clinics)
Comfortable managing clinical conversations, logistics, and contracts in parallel
Proven track record of closing deals in a clinical setting
