We operate under a licensed tissue establishment and GMP-ready manufacturing facility. We’ve launched a multicenter clinical trial for Acute Kidney Injury across five EU countries. We're scaling rapidly toward global commercialization, with strategic plans across Europe, the Gulf, Asia, and North America.

The Role

As Head of Commercial, you will lead all revenue-generating activities across the company’s product lines. You’ll drive commercial strategy, secure new partnerships, and scale up global market access. This is a cross-functional leadership role that connects science to sales—clinical to cosmetic. You will work closely with regulatory, operations, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build the team

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies across MSCs, chondrocytes, and exosomes

  • Lead B2B and D2C (later stage) channel development in clinical and wellness verticals

  • Own pricing, market segmentation, and GTM planning

  • Identify and negotiate distributor, clinic, and brand partnerships

  • Secure multi-year b2b contracts. Close deals with skincare, supplement, and pharma brands for exosome supply.

  • Build and manage the sales team across product lines and regions

  • Support product positioning, packaging, and promotional alignment with medical and wellness partners

  • Enter into Medical Tourism Markets. Establish hospital and clinic partnerships in the UAE, Singapore, Mexico, the EU, and the US.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in biotech, pharma, or healthtech sales and commercial leadership

  • Experience launching ATMPs, biologics, or wellness therapeutics

  • Strong dealmaking track record in clinical or consumer health sectors

  • Ability to lead across departments and geographies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and accountability

  • Experience working with distributors, clinics, or brand accounts across the EU/Gulf/Asia is a strong plus
