The Role
As a Technical Operator, you will ensure smooth daily operations in our cleanroom and GMP production areas. You’ll handle material preparation, sterilization, and facility logistics, supporting the production teams with everything they need to execute.
This role is essential to maintaining compliance, readiness, and flow across all product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, sterilize, and transfer cleanroom materials (media, equipment, tools)
Perform cleaning and disinfection routines for cleanroom environments
Track and organize materials, supplies, and production inputs
Support routine environmental and operational monitoring
Assist production staff with room setup, equipment prep, and batch support
Ensure compliance with GMP cleanliness, gowning, and documentation standards
Help maintain facility logs and participate in inspection readiness
What We’re Looking For
Technical education or background in biotechnology, manufacturing, or healthcare
Experience in cleanroom, laboratory, or hospital environments preferred
Understanding of aseptic techniques and sterilization methods
Organized, dependable, and consistent in daily task execution
Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-focused setting
Willing to learn and support multiple teams across manufacturing
